I have to say, this spaghetti carbona is one of the best I have ever had.
It’s easy to make, the ingredients are simple and you can easily make one for a few people and you will be surprised at how much they like it.
Here are my tips and tricks to make a spaghetti carbonare for the first time.1.
Cut the meat into smaller pieces.
It will be thicker than the pasta.2.
Heat the oil in a pan.3.
Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes.4.
Add garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes and the tomatoes.5.
Add some salt and stir fry for 1 minute.6.
Add vinegar, tomato paste, white pepper and cumin and stir well.7.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens up.8.
Add water and simmer for 2 more minutes.9.
Stir in the meat and stir till it is absorbed and thickened.10.
Serve with fresh fruit and fresh cream.
