Ingredients for the chicken spaghetti sauce1 chicken breast, sliced in half lengthwise and diced in half widthwise1 tsp.
salt1 tsp chili powder1 tsp garam masala1 tsp turmeric1 tsp ground coriander1 tsp red chili flakes1 cup water1 cup cooked chicken2 cups vegetable stock1/4 cup tomato paste1/2 tsp paprika2 tsp garafel powder1/8 tsp cayenne pepper2 cups cooked spaghetti squash(sliced into small pieces)2 cups chicken stock1 tbsp tomato pasteSalt for the sauce1 tbsp red chili pepper to taste1 tbsp garam mirch1 tsp salt2 tsp cumin powder1 bay leaf1 tsp cilantro, chopped1 tsp curry powder2 tsp coriand pepper, chopped3 cups chicken broth4 tbsp tomato sauce1 tsp ginger garlic paste2 tbsp red chilli pepper, to taste2 tbsp coriandra and chili flakes2 tbsp chopped corianders1 cup chopped onions (optional)1/3 cup chopped cornicuts2 cups dried green chilies, finely chopped2 tbsp fresh ginger (optional), chopped1 tbsp chopped fresh corianderes (optional )Directions1.
Preheat oven to 400F.2.
Wash chicken breasts in a bowl.
Place chicken pieces in a food processor and process until smooth.3.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, add salt, chili powder, garlic powder, turmeric, coriandrei, red chillis, cumin, coriolis and bay leaf.
Cook for 2 minutes on medium-high heat.
Add stock, tomato paste, paprika, garam powder, cayanne pepper, cilantro and curry powder.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.5.
Remove chicken from the saucepan and set aside.6.
In a medium saucepan, combine chicken pieces with stock and cook for 1 minute on high heat.7.
Add onion, ginger, garlic paste, cheddar cheese, red chili and coriandi.
Add chicken pieces to the sauce, stir well, add stock and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.9.
Remove from the heat and set the chicken aside.10.
To make the chicken sauce, combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan.
Add salt, green chiles, cornicut, chopped onions, corrianders and curry.
Stir until well combined.
Add stock and mix well.
Add chicken pieces and simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.11.
Serve hot or cold.
You can also garnish with coriandrines, corioandris, coriakris and coriakrinas.12.
Serve this chicken and chicken spaghetti squash with a side of rice and/or vegetable curry.
