If you don’t have a green spagna or chili, you can also make this vegan recipe with the vegetable and other ingredients listed below.
This recipe is a great way to make some green pasta, and you can serve it with some grilled meats.
If this green spaghetti is not for you, you may want to make it vegan with the addition of avocado or a few other vegetables to make the dish vegetarian-friendly.
1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tsp.

In a large saucepan, add the black pepper, the soy sauce, salt, pepper and cilantro.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer until the beans are tender and the beans have a thick, almost mushy texture, about 30 minutes.
(The water in the pot will release more of the flavor.)
In a separate bowl, whisk together the broccoli floret mixture and the cilantro mixture.
When the mixture is smooth, add to the beans.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with grilled meats, fresh vegetables and bread.
