If you’re looking for something a little lighter, but with a kick, then the Spaghetti Squash Seasonal Italian Cream Sauce might be the answer.
The sauce has been made using the same recipe from the classic spaghetti squash recipe, but is made in a much smaller batch and it’s the perfect pasta sauce for any season.
To make it, simply combine a little olive oil and some butter, season with salt and pepper and whisk together until smooth.
You can then add in some chopped herbs, a few chopped parsley and a dash of lemon juice to give it a kick.
For a more traditional, traditional sauce, a little Italian sausage will also do.
You could use beef or pork sausage for a more robust sauce, but you could also opt for a little extra cream.
For the ultimate pasta sauce, use Italian sausage, but omit the Italian seasoning.
If you’ve got a little bit of extra time, you could try making your own Spaghetti squash sauce from scratch, but we’ve made it using the classic recipe from Italy for a super easy and tasty meal.
